                  HOURS AS FOLLOWS :
             • Per hour if customer did or not some effort to try to fix the problem      15 Eur/h
             • Per hour if customer is unpolite, dishonest, tries to make us open his spouse's
                PC or laptop password and/or recover pictures/documents from any other person
                the price will be   an immediate report to the German Polizei. 

              The prices are upon previous agreement and a clause of no payment

               applies in case the work cannot be performed  (transport not included)
